Vinyasa & Yin teaching

Vinyasa instruction connects breath with progressive movement and clear transitions. Yin instruction slows the pace, makes time for observation and offers choices for finding a sustainable shape.

Students can expect precise cues without pressure to make every shape look the same. The intention is a practice that restores attention rather than becoming another task to master.

Teaching intention: “Offer enough structure for students to feel safe, then enough space for them to feel themselves.”

Flow & stillness teaching

Flow teaching connects functional strength with an easy sense of play. Slower practice lowers the tempo and treats comfort, patience and close attention as skills worth developing.

His language is direct and down-to-earth, with choices for shoulders, wrists and knees woven into the practice rather than added as an afterthought. Expect a thoughtful arc and a quiet finish.

Teaching intention: Help each student leave with more energy and less noise than they arrived with.

Teaching focus illustration Prenatal

Prenatal teaching

Prenatal teaching centers agency, adaptable strength and rest, recognizing that energy and comfort can change week by week—or minute by minute. Students are encouraged to communicate openly and follow healthcare guidance.

Classes make space for practical movement, breathing, rest and questions while respecting that every pregnancy and every person is different. Ask about the current teacher’s prenatal training when reserving.

Teaching intention: Create a room where changing bodies are understood, supported and never compared.

Teaching focus illustration Beginners

Beginners teaching

Beginners instruction slows down transitions, explains common terminology and leaves time to ask questions. Options are framed as tools for learning, so there is no expectation to copy a single ideal shape.

Questions are welcome, rest is normalized and repetition is intentional. Experienced practitioners can also use a foundations class to notice new details inside familiar shapes.

Teaching intention: Make the first step clear enough that everyone can choose their own next one.

Shared approach

What you can expect from every teacher

  • Consent-aware guidance: Teachers explain options and ask before offering hands-on support.
  • Useful variations: Props and alternate shapes are part of the class, not a lesser version of it.
  • Clear scope: Yoga instruction is not medical care; teachers encourage professional guidance when needed.
  • Respectful space: Names, pronouns, boundaries and lived experience are treated with care.
