Your first practice

Come as you are

Pick a class

Beginners is the most spacious introduction, but every class description tells you what to expect. Choose the pace that sounds supportive today.

Arrive with time

Follow the arrival time in your confirmed booking details. The studio’s check-in procedure and on-site support are still awaiting approval.

Practice, not perform

There is no shape to achieve. Follow the teacher’s cues, take the variations you need, and rest whenever your body asks.

A studio with breathing room

Supportive by design, never performative

Still Point is built around a simple idea: yoga is more useful when you can pay attention to your own experience. Teachers explain the purpose of a movement, offer practical alternatives and make rest an ordinary part of class.

Equipment, room setup and arrival procedures will be published after studio approval. Until then, bring your own mat and rely only on the practical details included with a verified booking.

Meet the teaching approach

What belongs in the room

  • Choice: Every cue is an invitation, and your own boundaries come first.
  • Clarity: Plain-language instruction helps beginners participate without guessing.
  • Quiet: Arrival and closing time are protected so the nervous system can settle.
  • Community: Prenatal, beginners, Vinyasa and Yin students share one respectful studio culture.

Common questions

Before you choose a class

A few practical answers for planning your week.

Do I need to be flexible or experienced?

No. Flexibility is not a requirement, and Beginners classes assume no prior yoga knowledge. In every class, the teacher offers ways to adjust range, pace and support so you can work with the body you bring that day.

Which class is best for a first visit?

Beginners offers the most time for explanations and questions. A steady Vinyasa can also work if you enjoy continuous movement, while Yin is a quieter choice built around supported floor shapes.

Are mats and props provided?

Equipment availability has not yet been approved for publication. Bring your own mat unless the studio’s verified booking information specifically confirms what may be borrowed.

How does reserving work?

Choose Vinyasa, Yin, prenatal or Beginners, then send the reservation form with your preferred pass. Your place is held only after the studio confirms your request directly.

Student reflections will be added here
