Rainier Reserve
Silky medium-light coffee with honey, orange peel and baking spice.
Medium-light roast
Structured for slow mornings.
A measured roast builds honeyed sweetness while leaving the citrus lift intact. Rainier Reserve has enough body for immersion brewing and enough clarity for a careful pour-over.

Brew guide
Pour-over: Use 20g coffee to 320g water at 201°F. Bloom with 50g for 40 seconds, then pour in slow pulses for a 3:00–3:20 finish.
French press: Use 30g coarse coffee to 500g water for four minutes. Break the crust, skim, and decant at eight minutes for honeyed body without muddiness.
