Pick a coffee
Choose a familiar chocolate-forward cup or a fruit-led seasonal roast. Every product names its origin, process, roast level and tasting notes, so your recurring delivery never feels like a blind box.
Set bag and grind
A 12oz bag makes roughly seventeen 10-ounce cups; 2lb makes about forty-five. Whole bean stays fresh longest, while our espresso, pour-over, drip and French press grinds arrive ready for your brewer.
Choose the timing
Weekly works for busy households, fortnightly suits most two-person routines, and monthly is built for occasional brewers. Pause or change a future shipment before it enters the roast queue.

What the price includes
Each shipment is roasted against an active order, rested, sealed in a valve bag and marked with its roast date. Your first charge covers the first shipment; renewals occur on the delivery rhythm you select.
Shipping and Washington sales tax are calculated at checkout. Free Seattle pickup is available, and there is no prepaid term or minimum shipment count.

Freshness without a calendar reminder
We schedule roasting around paid orders rather than filling a warehouse. That means the bag that lands on your porch was planned for your delivery, with enough rest for the flavors to settle before brewing.
Subscriptions stay deliberately simple: one coffee, one grind, one bag size and one cadence per line item. If your household changes, update the next shipment rather than opening a second account.
Manage before roasting
Pause, change coffee, move from 12oz to 2lb, or switch frequency before the order enters production. Once coffee is roasted to your specification, it cannot be returned for preference alone; damaged or incorrectly fulfilled orders are replaced.

Is there a commitment?
No. Your plan renews on the selected schedule, but there is no minimum shipment count or prepaid term. Pause or cancel before the upcoming order enters our roast queue.
What does fortnightly mean?
Fortnightly means one shipment every two weeks. For two daily coffee drinkers, one 12oz bag every two weeks is a practical starting point, though brew strength and serving size will change that estimate.
Can I switch coffee, size or grind?
Yes. Changes made before the roast cutoff apply to the next eligible shipment. If a seasonal coffee sells out, we will ask you to choose another rather than silently substituting it.
Where do you ship?
This MVP supports shipping to addresses in Washington State only. Seattle customers can choose free roastery pickup; pickup instructions arrive with the order-ready email.
How is the discount applied?
The prices shown in the builder already include 10% off the one-time bag price. Shipping and applicable Washington sales tax remain separate and appear before the order is placed.
