You see it before you pay
The finished site goes up on our preview address. You open it on your phone, click through every page, try the form and the call button. Only then is payment due.
You should not have to judge a website from a sales deck. We agree exactly what is being built, build it on our preview address, and you look at the finished site on your own phone before any payment is due. The price is fixed, the site is live in 24 hours, and if we miss the day, the agreement is cancelled and you owe nothing.
One-page site $100–250 · multi-page site $175–350 · online shop $475–500 · redesign $200–325. The agreed number does not grow during the build.

We agree the scope and the number in writing. Anything you add later is priced separately and built only with your approval. The quote never grows on its own.
If the site is not live within 24 hours of the agreed start, the agreement is cancelled. Not a discount, not a credit: nothing to pay.
Once paid, the files, the design and the content are yours. Hosting on Cloudflare Pages can stay free and under your own control, with no subscription to us.
Because the scope is fixed and there are no meetings, a site takes us a day, not a month. Until payment the site lives on our address, so the risk of an unpaid job is a day of work, not a month of it. The rules that protect both sides are short and written down:
If you write no remarks within the review period in the terms, the work counts as accepted. This keeps “no deposit” from turning into “no decision”.
An accepted site that is not paid for within seven days comes down. Pay, and it goes back up the same day, with everything handed over.
Ownership of the files transfers at the moment payment arrives, not at acceptance. It is written that way so there is never a gap.
The full conditions are one page: read the terms.
Less than most people expect. Nothing has to be ready or polished — we write the words if you do not have them.
What you do and what you want a visitor to do on the site. That is enough for a fixed price. Everything else we ask as we go.
A logo, photos of your own work, a price list, your hours. If you have none of it, say so — the site is built either way.
You confirm the price and what is being built. Only then does the 24-hour clock start — not when you first said hello.
Everything on a single page: what you do, prices, the form or the phone number. Right for most small trades.
A page per service, per location, or per town you cover. Right when one page would bury half of what you offer.
Cart and card payments. Right when you sell things rather than book appointments.
You have a site, it looks dated or fails on phones. We keep what works and rebuild the rest.
Something we built
BrightSmile Dental — second location, a 7-page demonstration build for a two-location practice, $325. Demonstration builds are our own work, made to show the standard; they are not client jobs and nobody paid for them. How it was built and checked.
